This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued for payments made to Clazzo Innovations LLP for the ReminderPro service.

We've kept it short because the policy itself is short: we offer a 30-day free trial instead of refunds.


Our Policy in Plain Terms

1. We offer a 30-day free trial — your real refund window

Every new user gets 30 days of free access to ReminderPro with up to 10 reminders. No credit card is required to start.

This trial exists for one reason: to give you a real chance to test ReminderPro before paying. By the end of 30 days, you'll know whether the Service fits your workflow, whether the email reminders arrive when expected, and whether the dashboard saves you the time it promises.

If ReminderPro doesn't suit you, simply don't subscribe at the end of the trial. No charges, no obligations.

2. We do not offer refunds for completed payments

Once you choose to subscribe and a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for unused time.

This applies to:

  • Annual subscription fees (₹499 + GST for India, $29 for international)
  • Automatic renewal payments
  • Manual upgrades or extensions

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current paid year
  • No further charges will be made
  • The unused portion of the current year is not refunded

We choose this approach because:

  • Our pricing is intentionally low (₹499/year is less than ₹50/month)
  • Annual billing keeps our costs down, which keeps your price down
  • The 30-day trial is more than enough time to evaluate a tool that simply sends emails on schedule
  • Refund processing costs (gateway fees, manual review, accounting) would force us to raise prices

3. Exceptions — when we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate or accidental charges If you've been charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our end, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.

3.2 Failure of the Service If the Service is completely non-functional for an extended period (e.g., more than 7 consecutive days of complete outage during your paid period) and we cannot restore it, we will refund the unused portion of your current annual fee on a pro-rated basis.

3.3 Where required by applicable law We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If the law in your country requires us to offer a specific refund right, we will honor that.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund under one of the exceptions above:

  1. Email us at billing@reminderpro.online with the subject "Refund request"
  2. Include: your account email, the payment reference (visible on your invoice), and the reason for the refund

We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically credited within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method and Razorpay's processing time.

5. Failed renewal payments — no charge, no refund needed

If a renewal payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), no charge is processed. There is nothing to refund. Razorpay will automatically retry the payment over a few days, and you will receive email notifications. If we cannot collect payment within the retry window, your subscription will be paused — not charged.

6. Cancellation vs Refund

These are different things, and we want to be clear:

  • Cancellation — stops future renewal charges. You keep access until your current paid period ends. Available anytime from your billing page. No refund of the current period.

  • Refund — returns money you've already paid. Only available in the limited circumstances above.

Most users who decide to stop using ReminderPro simply cancel; they don't request refunds. We recommend the same.

7. GST on Refunds (India)

For refunds issued to Indian customers, we will reverse the GST charged on the original payment. The refund credited to you will include both the base amount and the GST portion. This is reflected on a credit note we will issue alongside the refund.
