Pricing questions, answered
Is there a monthly plan? +
No — and there's a reason. ReminderPro tracks things that renew yearly, so a monthly subscription tracker would be a strange irony. Annual billing also keeps our cost down, which keeps your price down.
Why is the international price higher than the Indian price? +
Two reasons. Indian businesses pay in INR which has a lower cost base; international customers benefit from payment processing in their local currency, which costs us more per transaction. Both prices are well below what comparable tools charge.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Razorpay handles checkout — cards, UPI, NetBanking, wallets for Indian customers, and international cards for everyone else.
Will my price go up next year? +
Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at, for as long as their subscription stays active. If we raise prices for new signups someday, you keep your original rate.
Do you offer refunds? +
No — the 30-day trial is your chance to make sure it's right for you. After you subscribe, we don't offer refunds for unused time. But you can cancel anytime to prevent the next renewal.
Can I get a B2B GST invoice with my company's GSTIN? +
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and every invoice from Clazzo Innovations LLP will include it — usable for input tax credit if you're GST-registered.
Do you offer team accounts or volume discounts? +
Not yet — ReminderPro currently works as one account per user. If you need to share access across a team, this is on our roadmap. Email us if you'd like to be notified when it's ready.
What happens if my payment fails on renewal? +
Razorpay automatically retries failed payments over a few days. You'll get an email immediately if there's an issue — usually an expired card or insufficient funds. You can update your payment method at any time to keep your subscription active.
