This Privacy Policy explains how Clazzo Innovations LLP ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use ReminderPro (the "Service"). We are a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India and operate ReminderPro globally from India.

We take privacy seriously. We collect the minimum data needed to run the Service, and we never sell your data to anyone.

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

For the purpose of applicable data protection laws — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users, and similar laws in other jurisdictions — Clazzo Innovations LLP is the data controller for your personal data processed through ReminderPro.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign up, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
A password (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot see or recover it)
Your country (India or International)
Your preferred currency (INR or USD)

2.2 Reminder Data

We store the reminders you create, including:

Reminder title and notes
Category, frequency, due date, amount
Vendor name and renewal URL (if you add them)
Extra email recipients (if you add CC emails)

This data is yours. We do not analyze it for marketing or share it externally.

2.3 Billing Information

When you subscribe:

We collect your billing address and GSTIN (if you choose to provide one for B2B invoices)
Razorpay (our payment processor) handles your payment card details — we never see or store the full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data
We retain payment records (amount, date, invoice number, Razorpay transaction ID) for tax compliance

2.4 Technical Data

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

IP address
Browser type and operating system
Pages visited and timestamps
Session cookies for login functionality

We use this minimally — to provide the Service, secure your account, and debug issues.

2.5 Communications

If you email us, we keep a record of the conversation for support purposes.

3. Why We Collect This Data

We collect and process data only for these specific purposes:

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with the following third parties, and only when needed to provide the Service:

5.1 Service Providers (Sub-processors)

Razorpay — payment processing. They receive your name, email, and payment details when you subscribe. Their privacy policy: razorpay.com/privacy
BigRock (Endurance Group) — hosting infrastructure. They host the servers that run ReminderPro.
Cloudflare — content delivery network and DNS. They handle web traffic routing and security.
BigRock SMTP — email delivery for the reminders we send you.

Each of these is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

5.2 Legal Requests

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to:

Protect our rights or property
Investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity
Protect personal safety

5.3 What We Never Do

We never sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or other third parties.
We never share your reminder content with anyone for marketing.
We do not use third-party tracking tools like Facebook Pixel without explicit consent (see Section 9 for cookie info).

6. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on servers in India (BigRock cloud infrastructure). Some sub-processors (e.g., Razorpay, Cloudflare) may process data in countries outside India, but all transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to access — request a copy of your data
Right to correction — fix inaccurate data (most info is editable directly in your account)
Right to deletion — delete your account and personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Right to data portability — receive your reminder data in a structured format (we can export to CSV/JSON)
Right to object — object to certain processing of your data
Right to withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@reminderpro.online with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a resident of India, you have rights under the DPDP Act including the right to nominate a person to exercise your rights in the event of incapacity or death.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@reminderpro.online. We will:

Cancel any active subscription (no further charges)
Delete your account, reminders, and personal data within 90 days
Retain payment records as required by Indian tax law (typically 8 years)
Confirm completion via email

9. Cookies and Tracking

ReminderPro uses cookies for:

Essential cookies — keeping you logged in and securing your session. These cannot be disabled.
Functional cookies — remembering your preferences (e.g., country, currency).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies by default. If we add analytics tools in the future (such as Google Analytics for understanding site traffic), we will update this policy and request your consent through a cookie banner where required.

You can clear cookies anytime through your browser settings, though this will log you out of the Service.

10. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures:

HTTPS encryption on all pages
Password hashing (we never store plain-text passwords)
Database access controls restricting who can view data
Daily backups with secure storage
Cloudflare protection against attacks
Razorpay PCI-DSS compliance for payment data

While we take reasonable precautions, no online service is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

ReminderPro is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
Email you if changes significantly affect your rights
Post the updated version on our website

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
